Licensee Service Scope

An AHF Depot Licensee offers local services within their community. You will provide local furniture assembly services; when AHF Depot sells a furniture item in your area, we will upsell the assembly, and the customer will schedule it with you. When a customer in your area places an order for pickup, AHF Depot will ship you the product, and you will facilitate the pickup. You will also offer a free furniture removal and recycling program, refurbishing and restoring discarded items to sell on the AHF Depot website. You will handle local customer acquisition with your unique link to our store {yourcity}.ahfdepot.com, directing customers to your site through local business listings and marketing efforts. Additionally, you will build and manage your own sales team to drive local sales and bolster local customer acquisition.

Corporate takes care of various essential services to support our licensees. We actively promote and recommend furniture assembly to all customers in your area, ensuring maximum revenue potential. Handling customer service-related matters, including inquiries, returns, and complaints, providing you with peace of mind. Additionally, we manage reputation by collecting and managing online reviews, ensuring a positive brand image. Our team oversees all email and SMS customer follow-ups and order updates, keeping customers engaged and informed. Furthermore, we provide comprehensive marketing content, both physical and digital, to support your local initiatives. We handle all technology-related tasks, from setup to automation, including chatbot flows, website hosting, and more!
